12. Dispute Resolution

We value our relationship with every user and customer and encourage resolution of any concerns through direct communication wherever possible. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services:

1. Informal Resolution: Either party may initiate informal dispute resolution by notifying the other party in writing (including via email) describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of such notice.
2. Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to mediation conducted in accordance with the rules of the Thailand Arbitration Institute (TAI) or the Thai Mediation Center under the Office of the Judiciary of Thailand. Mediation shall be conducted in Bangkok, Thailand, in the Thai and/or English language.
3. Litigation: If mediation is unsuccessful or is declined by either party, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand. For consumer disputes, you may also file a complaint with the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) under Thai consumer protection law.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

13. Force Majeure

LICINA DESIGN & RENO LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, or severe weather events (including those common in Thailand such as tropical storms or flooding);
• Acts of government, changes in law, or regulatory actions by Thai authorities;
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or national emergencies;
• Pandemics or public health emergencies declared by the Thai government or international organisations;
• Strikes, labour disputes, or industrial action;
• Failure or disruption of telecommunications networks, internet services, or power supply;
• Cyberattacks or unauthorised third-party intrusions beyond our control.

In the event of a force majeure situation, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as promptly as practicable and will communicate relevant updates through the Website where feasible.

14. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also, at our discretion, notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Website.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. In such cases, the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
